Damaged/Problem Shipments
   

For your protection, PartsPC.com recommends that you inspect your merchandise before you sign for the acceptance of your delivered goods. Although we make every effort to prevent shipping damage, it does happen occasionally.

If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival: You MUST refuse the delivery, and contact us immediately, so we can ship you a replacement.

Any claims for missing items or damaged in shipping must be made to partspc.com within 3 business days of receiving the product.
