Only orders that have not entered the shipping process can be cancelled. During business hours, most items enter the shipping process within 1 hour after you place your order. So please call us immediately during our normal business hours of 9:30AM and 5:30Pm PST to cancel your order and send us an email to service@partspc.com or a fax to 909-594-8321 to request a cancellation.

If we are able to cancel your order in time, we will provide you with written confirmation that your order has been cancelled. If your order was shipped, unless you can provide us with the written confirmation that your order was cancelled prior to shipping, any refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees back to us including the refusal of a package.
